Studi Pustaka Sistematis: Pengembangan Profesionalisme Guru dan Implikasinya terhadap Prestasi Siswa

Studi pustaka sistematis ini mengkaji hubungan antara pengembangan profesionalisme guru dan implikasinya terhadap prestasi siswa melalui analisis mendalam terhadap 45 artikel penelitian yang diterbitkan antara 2010 dan 2023 (Yoon et al. (2007). Metode tinjauan melibatkan pencarian basis data seperti Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar dengan kata kunci terkait, diikuti oleh penyaringan berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan profesionalisme guru, yang mencakup pelatihan berkelanjutan, pengembangan keterampilan pedagogis, dan dukungan kolaboratif, berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan prestasi siswa dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik (Darling-Hammond (2017). Faktor-faktor seperti kualitas program pengembangan, konteks sekolah, dan dukungan kebijakan pendidikan memoderasi dampak ini. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan resistensi guru terhadap perubahan perlu diatasi untuk optimalisasi hasil. Implikasi praktis mencakup rekomendasi bagi pembuat kebijakan dan sekolah untuk meningkatkan investasi dalam pengembangan guru. Studi ini mengonfirmasi bahwa profesionalisme guru yang kuat merupakan prediktor penting prestasi siswa, dengan bukti empiris dari berbagai konteks global Desimone (2009).
