Integrasi Artificial Intelligence dalam Pengembangan Hukum Islam Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Masyarakat Pesantren

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pengembangan hukum Islam berbasis kearifan lokal masyarakat pesantren di Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) berkerangka PRISMA 2020 dan model PSALSAR, penelitian ini menelaah literatur internasional dan nasional terindeks Scopus serta Sinta periode 2015–2025. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan AI memiliki potensi transformatif dalam penemuan hukum Islam, pembelajaran, dan dakwah, namun tidak dapat menggantikan peran ulama karena keterbatasannya dalam memahami niyyah, konteks sosial, dan maqasid al-syari‘ah. Penelitian juga menemukan bahwa transformasi digital pesantren menghadapi tantangan infrastruktur, literasi digital rendah, dan kekhawatiran erosi nilai tradisional. Dalam konteks ini, kearifan lokal berfungsi sebagai pengendali moral sekaligus penyeimbang antara kemajuan teknologi dan nilai-nilai Islam. Penelitian ini menawarkan konsep “literasi digital bermartabat” dan framework etika berbasis maqasid al-syari‘ah sebagai panduan normatif untuk pemanfaatan AI secara kontekstual. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran ustaz sebagai mediator antara teknologi dan tradisi dalam menjaga relevansi hukum Islam di era digital.
